A new 43,958 SF, 2-story Student Life Center with a gymnasium and an education wing. The education wing consists of technology, math and bible classrooms, science labs, student collaborative spaces. The gym has a 1,052 seat capacity, home and visitor team locker rooms, and a weight room. The pre-engineered structural steel building will have a brick and EIFS veneer façade. The storefront entrances and large windows throughout the building will allow for plenty of natural light.

The flooring included athletic resinous, ceramic tile bathrooms, VCT tile and carpet. New installation of mechanical, electrical, room motion sensor light switches, plumbing, fire protection system, IT, access control, security, and audio visual systems. Site improvements of multiple new cast-in-place concrete platforms, ADA ramps, stairs, new railings, sidewalks, new asphalt and concrete pavement, and extensive landscaping.
