Description of Work:

Brantley designed and constructed a 2 story class “A” office space consisting of approximately 9,760 square feet including all landscaping, site work, and parking associated with the project. The project consisted of separate office suites with common restrooms up and down stairs plus private restroom and showers for executive suites. The entry foyer has open stair well, elevator, and slate floors. The restroom has ceramic tile floors. Each suite has its own separate HVAC and power meters.

The building is a structural steel frame with metal studs, prefabricated metal trusses, with standing seam metal roof. The exterior of the building was a combination of brick and Hardi Plank, cementitious siding. From design to completion, the project took approximately 1 year. Once the project was designed, there were no change orders to the original design.

Description of Work:

This fast track project required that Brantley Construction do a complete renovation to this restaurant space in historic downtown Summerville in two months. Due to a previous fire, the building required significant roof repairs prior to installing a new metal roof. With high end finishes such as mahogany walls, tasteful upholstered seating and eye-catching glass block walls, as well as lighting, and ceiling, this upscale restaurant was complete and opened on schedule.
