Roper St Francis Healthcare in Summerville expanded their physicians partners practice with this 1,375 SF addition. This was the upfit of an existing building that involved demolition, concrete, carpentry, caulk and sealant, doors, frames, hardware, glass/windows, millwork, finishes, floor covering, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. This new practice includes offices, exam rooms, procedure room, bathroom, and nurse’s station.
