Description of Work:

This building serves as the Operations Center for South Coast Community Bank and houses the executive offices for the financial institution. The brick and stucco building is a 3-story structure with a 4th floor executive penthouse. In addition to the built-up roof, the building incorporates copper roofing and aluminum canopies. Because the building serves as executive offices, the project features upscale millwork, hardware and special finishes for the interior.
