Sid Brantley founded Brantley Construction Company in 1976 in a single room over his garage. An industry leader, Brantley Construction is one of the largest commercial general contractors in the tri-county area and has been serving clients in the Southeast since 1976.  Sid has more than 45 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction dealing with military and private contracts.

Sid has numerous professional affiliations as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Charleston tri-county market. He is a graduate of The Citadel and Clemson University. Sid earned his BS in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and his MS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He holds a South Carolina Professional Engineer License and North Carolina General Contractor’s license and is registered with the South Carolina State Board of Contractors.

Sid enjoys sailing, kite surfing, waterskiing and basically any activity involving the water.
