This design-build project consisted of two one-story buildings constructed to accommodate dental and medical offices. This also included an interior upfit that was build-to-suit for an operating room with compressed air and gas, an inpatient/outpatient recovery room, surgical rooms, and clean rooms. The exterior of the buildings are masonry veneer with hardi-plank siding. The roof is asphalt shingles with standing seam metal roofing accents with single ply roof over the flat areas. We worked closely with the Architects and Contractors to incorporate the most economical items into this project.

Sheltered among the mature trees, this project makes a picturesque setting for any professional office and saved in sitework costs. This project was completed on time to meet the schedule of the new tenants so very little down time in their practices was necessary.
