Roper St. Francis Hopital’s newest expansion is an interior upfit (inside existing slab on-grade shell) conveniently located in the upscale Corner at Wescott shopping center. This new physicians office will include a reception area, break room, waiting area, restrooms, offices, exam rooms, and storage areas. Work includes metal studs, MEP, demolition, upscale casework and other finishes, vinyl plank flooring, ceramic tile, VCT flooring and sprinkler systems.
