This is an ongoing development in which the complete turn-key constructions of six buildings have been completed, to date. Work includes site clearing, erosion control, tree portections, site clearing, strip off topsoil, grading, storm drainage, detention pond, asphalt driveway, truck dock, parking areas, sidewalks, traffic signage, domestic water and sewer installations, concrete foundation, slab on grade, and landscaping. Each 5,000 SF pre-engineered metal building included masonry wainscot, glass storefront systems, metal awnings, interior office upfit, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Interior finished spaces included offices, waiting area / reception, restroom and break area.
