This was the renovation to an existing office building  and consisted of repairing window sills and sashes, patching stucco and plaster on the exterior of the building, painting the exterior building and windows to match existing colors and textures, replacing the existing Modified Bitumen roof with a new roof of similar materials performing any structural shoring/bracing to the roof as directed by the Structural Engineer, repairing or replacing gutters, and overall cleanup of the interior office area.
