Phase II of this new business park included two buildings (Bldg 1 9,066SF and Bldg 2 5,400SF). Each unit is 1,800 SF of combination office/warehouse space. The exterior has brick veneer, masonry wainscot, glass storefront systems, metal awnings, and EIFS. It is a STAR pre-engineered metal building.
