Two pre-engineered metal buildings (Bldg 1 10,350SF and Bldg 2 10,350SF). The construction included administration offices, and clear span warehouse areas with coiling doors. Scope of Work included site clearing, grading, storm water pipe installation and drainage, retention pond with pump, Standing seam metal roof, asphalt driveway and parking, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
