Construction of a 1,250 S.F. restroom building on a masonry crawlspace with stone veneer. Exterior walls are wood framing and simulated wood logs. Roof construction of pre-engineered wood trusses, insulating nail base and standing seam metal room. Floor Structure of steel bar joists metal deck and concrete. Existing restrooms renovated into storage rooms.
