This was a design-build project that included the renovation of a 1 story, pre-engineered building. We self-performed work on the existing warehouse including interior demolition and installation of doors, frames and hardware. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, acoustical, glass, liner panels and painting were also included in scope of work.
