This 19,000 SF design/build project is a major renovation of 1960s era military administrative facilities and includes multi-purpose space, offices, storage, arms vault and unit supply storage with issue area. Work included demolition, abatement of hazardous materials, painting, plumbing, electrical, life safety, Anti-terrorism, fire alarm and mass notification systems, standing seam metal roof, drainage, erosion control, vegetative covers, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lots, landscaping and HVAC rehabilitation including replacement of installed equipment.

This project has been certified as LEED Gold.
