A two-phase renovation project of a 3-story, 34,201 SF barracks including dormitory rooms, common showers facilities, laundry, common rooms, kitchens, classrooms, offices, arms vault, mail boxes, storage and equipment rooms. Building renovations include: new room layouts with metal stud framing, anti-microbial gypsum walls, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, windows, doors and frames, electrical & mechanical upgrades, furniture incidental to construction (e.g. workstations), lead, asbestos and mold remediation, as well as, interior and/or exterior painting, and work incidental to surface deterioration (e.g. joint sealants, patching, replacing siding, trim work, etc). Roof demolition and removal, and new installation of a standing seam metal roof system. Anti-Terrorism Force Protection including building and site security for both new and retrofit construction. Interior and exterior high and low voltage electrical lines, communication lines and systems, security & security camera systems and cabling. Renovation of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wastewater drainage systems, fire alarm, fire protection sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems and back flow preventers. Site preparation, earthwork & grading, landscaping, surveying, fencing, and drainage systems.
