This project consisted of a two-story 600-member Army Reserve Center (ARC) 67,000 sf, Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS)/Area and Maintenance Support Activity 18,000 sf, (AMSA), and Unheated Storage Facility (STRG) 3,500 sf. The building construction consists of reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, masonry exterior walls, standing seam metal roofing, built-up bituminous roofing, mechanical systems including air conditioning and electrical systems, supporting facilities include site preparation, paving, fencing, and extension of utilities to serve the project. This project also included construction of a two story 22,000 sf office/administration building and fitness center. We received an award for safety on this contract and the Resident Officer has provided us a great performance review.
