This project consists of 139,935 square feet and three stories. Work included renovations to arena level, concourse level and banquet and mezzanine level. The arena level consisted of new acoustical treatment, ceiling lapendary panels, sound room and sound system, new lighting, including sports lighting, new cable rails, new seating, new scoreboards, painting, six new locker rooms, renovation of museum area, asbestos removal, add meeting rooms, offices, two concessions, pre-function area, new plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler and electrical. The concourse level consisted of new acoustical ceilings, new fire sprinkler, new lighting, painting and two new concessions. The banquet and mezzanine level consisted of new offices, banquet room, pre-function area, new floor covering, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall treatment, new lighting and new HVAC system. A new three-story passenger elevator was also added.
