Construction includes a substantial renovation of a 22,300 square feet existing building. The renovated spaces will accommodate administrative offices, conference rooms, training areas, a kitchenette, and an automated book sorting machine room. Original building façade to remain with updated entrances, tubular and sun-tracking skylights, and a new PVC membrane roof. Site improvements will include updating existing loading docks and ramps, pavement and landscaping.
