This 25,575 SF design/build project is a new facility is to support Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), Communications Unit, Medical & Physical Therapy Unit, Chaplin, Judge Advocate General (JAG), and Family Readiness Group (FRG) administrative facilities and includes multi-purpose space, offices, storage, arms vault and unit supply storage with issue area. Project includes covered concrete hardstand area, loading/service areas, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage.
