This four-story press box and office building was built for the Charleston Southern University football field. The reinforced concrete block building has wooden floor joist/timber floor systems, elevator, and glass exterior.  The structure consists of athletic offices on second floor, large assembly space on third floor with press, executive and coaches boxes on fourth floor as well as roof top access for press.  This design-build project was coordinated with the installation of the stadium bleachers.
