Renovations, and repairs to two existing senior center facilities in Hampton County each approximately 4,269 SF. One facility is in the Town of Hampton and the other is in the Town of Estill. The project included limited exterior demolition, upgrades to the existing site accessible parking spaces, new landscaping, building addition, new exterior windows and doors, repair and painting exterior metal roof and wall panel systems, new interior walls, new interior finishes and the installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems/components.
