Pool features of the facility include ADA ramp pool access, portable ADA stainless steel lifts, stainless steel life guard stations, stainless steel swim starting blocks, 1,000 capacity retractable seating, large cutting edge multi-functional video/announcement/score board, lane floats, backstroke pennant anchors, and 2 easily movable, rigid, stable, pool bulkhead dividers with flow-through surface wave minimizing that can accommodate starting platforms.
Interior features are skylights for natural lighting, large storefront window separation between the warm-up pool and large pool for visibility, terrazzo entrance floors, and concrete pool deck with porcelain tile accents.
Exterior finishes include brick veneer, architectural paneling, and unique curved wave-like glass front entrance with exposed steel beams. The building is comprised of structural steel metal deck framing, CMU block walls, open web structural steel double-angle long-span trusses and a single-ply TPO roofing.
The pool design is a shotcrete pool structure incorporating an under pool dewatering system and overflow perimeter drains with wave minimizing technology. There is underwater lane lighting, overhead flood lighting, and low-light/color mood LEDs. The pool areas also have sound attenuation panels and sound baffles suspended above pool.
