The project focuses on an addition to the north side of the existing coliseum of similar scale and scope to the recently completed south side addition.  Elements of the project include but are not limited to: selective demolition including existing exterior envelope, structural steel, long span exposed roof-steel, MEP, specialized audio, food service equipment, high-end finish work, elevator installation, along with basic elements of structure and enclosure on the north side of the building.
