This project was a 3-story, pile supported sports facility for NCAA baseball, softball, and soccer teams, including locker rooms, showers, press boxes, conference rooms, concession stand, dugouts, site and ball field improvements. The project was performed within the terms and conditions of the contract, requiring many different disciplines, coordinated effectively to be successful.  As general contractor, Brantley Construction properly scheduled each activity and interacted with each subcontractor, supplier and installer to guarantee smooth transition from one phase to the next.  Also, each phase of the project was inspected before the next phase began.  With this constant management involvement, Brantley Construction was able to maintain the caliber of workmanship that an Owner expects and proactively eliminated any problems.  The Owner was pleased with the finished appearance, as well as the performance of the building, bleachers and ball fields.
