This project consists of providing adequate storage facilities for training equipment in support of multi-unit training on Fort Gordon and for devices production storage in support of the training demands of the Army. This design/bid/build project will add 13,200 sf of training aid production areas and 6,700 sf of Miles Warehouse storage to the existing facility Project includes demolition, repair, renovation, and construction of the existing facility. Supporting facilities include electrical, water, sewer, gas, fire protection, paving, walks, curbs, and gutters, security fencing, lighting, storm drainage, site improvements, information systems, and antiterrorism measures. Energy features will be provided.
