Project consisted primarily of interior renovation of two bays (approximately 30,000 SF) of an existing four bay (approximately 72,000 SF) building. The building is concrete block perimeter walls with steel framed interior and roof with concrete slab. Work included, but was not limited to new walls, windows and doors, all new floor, walls and ceiling finishes, special acoustical requirements and related MEP/FP and site work as necessary. This included renovations of locker rooms and a workout facility.
