Description of Work:

This project was predominantly renovation work, with the exception of a small front lobby extension. Originally programmed as site work plus 4 renovation phases, Brantley Construction Company reconfigured the work into 3 phases, netting a schedule reduction of 3 months. Despite extensive paint and hazardous material removal, completion milestones of winter and spring breaks were held. The project was completed on schedule.
