The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the selective demolition and renovation of approximately 12,100 SF of space including kitchen, prep areas, computer lab, retail space, offices, toilet facilities, storage rooms, HVAC replacement, electrical and plumbing work. In addition, new acoustical and hard ceilings, wall finishes paint, hardware, and door modifications. Exterior work includes concrete, brick, fencing canopies, and landscaping.
