The project consists of the conversion of a Private Upper School to a Public Middle School. The Architectural scope of work includes minor interior upgrades and cosmetic improvements, minor interior demolition, and associated minor ADA upgrades to existing buildings. Also included is the installation of four (4) new modular classroom units, and associated stairs, ramps, and railings.
