Project entailed the complete turn-key construction of a 3,200 square foot facility consisting of site clearing, grading, storm drainage and onsite detention, asphalt driveway and parking areas, domestic water, sewer and fire hydrant installations, concrete foundation / slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building, masonry wainscot, hard-plank siding, glass / storefront systems, canvas awnings, interior office finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Interior finished spaces included Owner office, waiting area, drive-thru pick-up area and restroom.
