This 64,000 SF renovation was a complete gut and demolition of existing interior shell. This also included the construction of a new warm shell involving main HVAC, electrical, sprinkler, and plumbing. New exterior fascade (high end Crossville porcelain tiles and heavy timber cedar trellis’s), water and sewer with each new suite.
