This was a fast track Design/Build project of a 3,000 sq ft bank with offices and 800 sq ft of rental section. Work included interior demolition of an existing building and raising the existing floor over a foot to prevent flooding. The building consists of structural masonry with stucco veneer, built-up roof, and standing seam roof on the canopies.
