A four story, 67,000 sf partial renovation project to include adding a fire sprinkler system. The front entry took on a new look with a raised added courtyard. The Forsyth Building houses the School of Business which consists of offices and classrooms. This building also has the schools ITs Department which had to remain operational throughout the renovation.
